Faculty members are reminded that all educational activities taking place outside of designated university premises must be authorized prior to their commencement.
In cases where there are no safety risks comparable to those found on a construction site, it is sufficient to submit a request for authorization—specifying the date, time, and location of the activities, along with a list of the participating students—to the following department addresses:
